About
PocketPlay started as a group chat between three friends who kept arguing about which games were worth the storage space. We turned those arguments into a small editorial project. Everything you read here comes from someone who installed the game, sat with it for a while, and formed an opinion.,We care about the stuff that gets ignored in most reviews: how a game behaves on an older device, how quickly it heats up your hand, whether the touch controls make sense or fight you. Genre doesn't matter much to us — we cover racing, RPGs, strategy, puzzles and anything else that catches our attention.,Games get picked in a pretty simple way. Someone on the team suggests a title, we play it, and if there's something interesting to say we write it up. We don't chase trends and we don't cover things just because they're popular this week.,The goal is to help you decide before you download. A short, honest read beats a marketing page every time, and that's what we try to deliver.
